Something awesome happens in comics and you’ve made too many real adult friends, so nobody else in your life really cares or understands except you...

Is that from Rebirth #2?
I’m gonna give DC another shot, but I’m still hesitant. I tried to give New 52 a try but just couldn’t. Marvel has been sucking it up lately as well though.

I know that feel. Not comics, but other topics. I daresay other Jalops understand, too.

Probably most of us.

You mean like spotting a McLaren 650S Le Mans edition, and your coworkers and everyone you know is like “what does a McLaren look like?” or “what does it cost?”.. You end up just keeping that shiz to yourself.

It’s supposed to be a teaser from the next issue of Titans Rebirth I believe.
It appears as if the more the comics companies focus on outside opportunities (ie tv and movies) the more the comics suffer. However, suppoedly Rebirth is supposed to fix some of the overt grimdark-ness that has overshadowed the New 52.

I hate the “how much does it cost?” question. Usually because it’s an indicator that the person you’re talking to ranks cars by cost, as if that has something to do with how good they are.

We all know those feels. When I bought my project car an acquaintance(they’ve been dropped from friend status) asked what’s the point of buying an old car that doesn’t run.

I hear you. Well, reverse. I have friends who are into comic books, but I don't care.
